Concerts and Festivals

Planz Consultants has extensive experience in securing resource consents for high-profile music events and festivals across New Zealand.

Lamb & Hayward

Planz Consultants was engaged to secure a resource consent for air discharge associated with the installation of a new cremator at Lamb & Hayward’s crematorium in Wigram, Christchurch.

Oxford Terrace – Research and Teaching Facility

Planz secured resource consent for the University of Otago’s new $178 million Christchurch building, slated to open in 2025.

Rolleston Retail Centre

Planz Consultants Limited supported the client in creating a high-quality town centre high street development in Rolleston, the rapidly growing heart of Selwyn District.

Preschools

Planz has extensive experience in obtaining resource consents for preschool developments in residential areas across Auckland, Christchurch, and the Selwyn Districts.

Christchurch Cathedral Restoration

Following significant earthquake damage to the Cathedral in 2011, Planz were engaged to assist in obtaining a number of consents for the staged reconstruction.

Hagley Oval Anchor Project

Planz prepared the resource consent application to develop Hagley Oval into an international standard cricket ground in Hagley Park.

Northlands Retail Centre

Planz has provided ongoing planning advice and assistance in obtaining resource consents for the 45,000m² Northlands Shopping Centre in Christchurch.

Wakatu Quay Development

Planz successfully obtained resource consent for the Wakatu Quay development in Kaikoura, working on behalf of the Kaikoura District Council.
