Wineries & Wedding Venues

Planz has extensive experience in securing resource consents for wineries and wedding venues in rural environments, where such developments are often not well accommodated in District Plans.

Dairy Manufacturing

Christchurch Cathedral Restoration

Following significant earthquake damage to the Cathedral in 2011, Planz were engaged to assist in obtaining a number of consents for the staged reconstruction.

Lancaster Park and Gate Redevelopment

Planz successfully obtained all necessary land use and regional council consents for the redevelopment of Lancaster Park in Christchurch.

Hagley Oval Anchor Project

Planz prepared the resource consent application to develop Hagley Oval into an international standard cricket ground in Hagley Park.

Christchurch Town Hall Repairs & Redevelopment

Planz collaborated with a design, engineering, and heritage team to secure resource consent for the $120 million repair, strengthening, and restoration of the Town Hall.

Te Ara Ihutai – Coastal Pathway (Moncks Bay Segment): A Story of Innovation and Teamwork

The Christchurch Coastal Pathway, a collaboration between the local community and the Christchurch City Council, extends from Ferrymead to Scarborough Beach and opened in late November 2023.
