Planz has extensive experience in securing resource consents for a wide range of suburban shopping developments adjacent to residential areas across Auckland, Christchurch, and the Selwyn Districts.

These projects vary from small, single-tenant retailers to large, purpose-designed retail strips that typically include a mix of retail, café, and community services. Notable projects include:
