Planz Consultants Limited supported the client in creating a high-quality town centre high street development in Rolleston, the rapidly growing heart of Selwyn District.

This project was essential for providing a vibrant and attractive town centre that could meet the needs of Rolleston’s expanding population and foster a strong community identity.

The development, completed in four stages, involved collaboration with the Selwyn District Council’s urban designer to ensure the high street complemented the Council’s adjacent investments, including a new library and community centre. The focus was on delivering an appealing and functional space that would serve as a cornerstone for the community.

The project successfully established a lively town centre, contributing to Rolleston’s growth as a thriving urban hub.
