Our work

Warehouse and Distribution Centres

Planz has successfully obtained resource consents for numerous warehouse and distribution facilities, addressing the fast-growing expansion of this sector.

These projects typically include constructing large warehouses, canopies, and hardstand areas for the movement and storage of goods on and off-site, along with ancillary offices and associated car parking areas.

The consenting process often involves early consideration of stormwater storage and treatment design and hazardous substances management. Planz works collaboratively with clients and design teams to deliver pragmatic solutions, ensuring functional and efficient site development. Some project examples are I:Zone and I:Port business parks in Rolleston, and Hornby and Waterloo Business Parks in Christchurch.
