Waikato District Plan Review
Planz assisted Waikato District Council in assessing submissions on the rural, small settlement, medium density, and Future Urban Zone chapters as part of the District Plan Review.
Planz prepared the submission and evidence for the Queenstown Lakes District Plan hearings on behalf of the owner of a large block of rural land in Wanaka, known as Sticky
