Selwyn District Plan Review
Planz is assisting Selwyn District Council in the ongoing review of their District Plan. The early stages of this review involved assessing the effectiveness and outcomes of the operative District
Planz Consultants played a key role in the preparation of the Selwyn 2031: District Development Strategy, which was adopted by Selwyn District Council in August 2014.
Planz provided comprehensive RMA planning input for the development of the Lyttelton Port Recovery Plan, enabling the $500 million rebuilding of port infrastructure following the earthquakes.
Planz assisted Waikato District Council in assessing submissions on the rural, small settlement, medium density, and Future Urban Zone chapters as part of the District Plan Review.
