Our work

With over 30 years of experience, we have worked on thousands of project across the motu, from multi-building inner city precincts, sports stadiums, large rural-based infrastructure, and projects for small private developers, through to large scale social housing projects.

We have extensive experience in developing structure plans for greenfield growth areas and the development of pragmatic, effective City Plan provisions under the Resource Management Act relating to urban growth, business parks, high-density housing, mixed-use areas, and heritage properties.
