Hearings and Commissioner work
Planz boasts a team of experienced Commissioners, all accredited under the Ministry for the Environment's Making Good Decisions programme.
Planz provided comprehensive planning input to secure the necessary resource consents for constructing the eight-storey central library adjacent to Cathedral Square.
Planz secured resource consent for the redevelopment of 1–32 Carey Street, enabling the delivery of 40 high-quality social housing units for a key community housing provider in Christchurch.
Planz Consultants Limited supported the client in creating a high-quality town centre high street development in Rolleston, the rapidly growing heart of Selwyn District.
Planz collaborated with a design, engineering, and heritage team to secure resource consent for the $120 million repair, strengthening, and restoration of the Town Hall.
