Lancaster Park and Gate Redevelopment

Planz successfully obtained all necessary land use and regional council consents for the redevelopment of Lancaster Park in Christchurch.

Lamb & Hayward

Planz Consultants was engaged to secure a resource consent for air discharge associated with the installation of a new cremator at Lamb & Hayward’s crematorium in Wigram, Christchurch.

Warehouse and Distribution Centres

Planz has successfully obtained resource consents for numerous warehouse and distribution facilities, addressing the fast-growing expansion of this sector.

Christchurch Town Hall Repairs & Redevelopment

Planz collaborated with a design, engineering, and heritage team to secure resource consent for the $120 million repair, strengthening, and restoration of the Town Hall.

Woolworths New Zealand Ltd – Christchurch Fresh Distribution Centre

Planz successfully secured resource consent for the development of the Woolworths Christchurch Fresh Distribution Centre, located in Selwyn.

Tupuārangi Student Accommodation

Planz Consultants played a key role in securing resource consent for Tupuārangi, a 283-bed student accommodation facility standing 26.56 metres high on Homestead Lane, part of the University of Canterbury

Presbyterian Support & Methodist Mission Centres

Planz played a key role in facilitating the redevelopment of two crucial social support agencies in central Christchurch, both of which sustained significant damage during the earthquakes.

Christchurch Cathedral Restoration
