Te Ara Ihutai – Coastal Pathway (Moncks Bay Segment): A Story of Innovation and Teamwork

The Christchurch Coastal Pathway, a collaboration between the local community and the Christchurch City Council, extends from Ferrymead to Scarborough Beach and opened in late November 2023.

Hot Salt Water Pools – He Puna Taimoana

He Puna Taimoana, the hot pools at New Brighton, was a catalyst for the regeneration of Christchurch’s seaside village. The project represents a true community and regeneration project for Christchurch.

Tūranga Christchurch Library

Planz provided comprehensive planning input to secure the necessary resource consents for constructing the eight-storey central library adjacent to Cathedral Square.

Oxford Terrace – Research and Teaching Facility
