Rural contractors’ yards
Planz provides ongoing advice and consenting services for clients establishing contractors’ yards in rural areas across Christchurch and the Selwyn Districts.
Planz Consultants Limited has supported the Ministry of Education and various school Boards of Trustees across a wide range of primary and high school projects.
Planz Consultants played a key role in securing resource consent for Tupuārangi, a 283-bed student accommodation facility standing 26.56 metres high on Homestead Lane, part of the University of Canterbury
Following significant earthquake damage to the Cathedral in 2011, Planz were engaged to assist in obtaining a number of consents for the staged reconstruction.
