Wakatu Quay Development

Planz successfully obtained resource consent for the Wakatu Quay development in Kaikoura, working on behalf of the Kaikoura District Council.

Lyttelton Port Marina

Planz supported the Lyttelton Port Company in obtaining resource consents for the development of land-side facilities for a new recreational boating marina in Lyttelton.

Christchurch Botanic Gardens Visitor Centre

The development the visitor centre and café in the Christchurch Botanic Gardens involved ongoing consultation with Ngāi Tahu to deliver an award-winning building in a sensitive landscape setting.

Invercargill CBD Redevelopment

Planz processed resource consents for two significant projects in Invercargill's town centre on behalf of the Invercargill City Council.
