Nurse Maude Hospital & Palliative Care

Nurse Maude engaged Planz to obtain consents for the staged redevelopment of their facilities following significant earthquake damage to their Christchurch hospital complex.

Planz has successfully assisted numerous clients in obtaining consents for the expansion of retirement village complexes.

Christchurch Town Hall Repairs & Redevelopment

Planz collaborated with a design, engineering, and heritage team to secure resource consent for the $120 million repair, strengthening, and restoration of the Town Hall.
