Harley Chambers Hotel: A Transformative Development
The Harley Chambers Hotel project is a transformative development that addresses Christchurch’s need for site revitalisation.
Planz collaborated with a design, engineering, and heritage team to secure resource consent for the $120 million repair, strengthening, and restoration of the Town Hall.
Planz provides ongoing advice and consenting services for clients establishing contractors’ yards in rural areas across Christchurch and the Selwyn Districts.
He Puna Taimoana, the hot pools at New Brighton, was a catalyst for the regeneration of Christchurch’s seaside village. The project represents a true community and regeneration project for Christchurch.
