Healthcare
Planz has extensive experience in obtaining resource consents for a wide range of healthcare facilities in residential areas.
Planz conducted a comprehensive review of spatial planning tools that were in use across Regional and District Plans throughout New Zealand. This project, commissioned by the Ministry for the Environment
Planz collaborated with a design, engineering, and heritage team to secure resource consent for the $120 million repair, strengthening, and restoration of the Town Hall.
