District Plan Template Investigation
Planz conducted a comprehensive review of spatial planning tools that were in use across Regional and District Plans throughout New Zealand. This project, commissioned by the Ministry for the Environment
Planz offers comprehensive advice and assistance on forestry consenting issues, including land use, discharge consents, erosion and sediment control, and planting setbacks.
Following significant earthquake damage to the Cathedral in 2011, Planz were engaged to assist in obtaining a number of consents for the staged reconstruction.
Nurse Maude engaged Planz to obtain consents for the staged redevelopment of their facilities following significant earthquake damage to their Christchurch hospital complex.
