Planz Consultants is proud to have played a pivotal role in the recent Environment Court decision that marks a significant milestone in the ongoing saga of Sticky Forest in Wanaka. This decision opens the door to the potential development of prime residential real estate, helping to address a 170-year-old grievance for the descendants of 50 Māori who were made landless by the Crown in the 1800s.
