Scoping and due diligence

Before embarking on a land purchase or project, Planz offers comprehensive due diligence through our scoping reports. These reports highlight any potential planning matters to consider and providing strategies to mitigate planning risks.

Our reports can also be developed in conjunction with your project team. We attend initial design meetings and review preliminary design information as it becomes available, including assessments of all professional consultant reports. We then report back with potential risks and planning strategy advice to ensure a smooth and informed planning process.
