Catherine has over 13 years of planning experience gained from working in both local government and private consultancies. Her experience is broad-ranging from the outset of a project to completion and includes the preparation of site selection evaluations and project scoping appraisals; the preparation for clients, and processing for local authorities, of resource consent applications and notices of requirement; and in the preparation of plan changes and policy development. Catherine is experienced at preparing and presenting planning evidence at Council hearings.
