The Planz team are very experienced in assisting clients through the preparation of submissions and subsequent hearing evidence in response to resource consents and plan changes. We routinely undertake the full spectrum of work from reviewing proposed plan changes through to the drafting of submissions, working constructively at mediation to resolve issues and avoid the need for a hearing, presenting evidence at hearings, and where necessary assisting with Environment Court appeals.
