Planz successfully obtained resource consent for the Wakatu Quay development in Kaikoura, working on behalf of the Kaikoura District Council.
Te Hapū o Ngāti Wheke (Rāpaki) – Marae Development
Planz worked closely with Te Hapū o Ngāti Wheke to secure the necessary resource consents for extensions to the existing Rāpaki Marae Complex and the construction of a new sealed access track to Rāpaki Urupā.

Wanaka Sticky Forest
Planz prepared the submission and evidence for the Queenstown Lakes District Plan hearings on behalf of the owner of a large block of rural land in Wanaka, known as Sticky Forest.
Public heritage building repairs and alterations
