Nurse Maude Hospital & Palliative Care

Nurse Maude engaged Planz to obtain consents for the staged redevelopment of their facilities following significant earthquake damage to their Christchurch hospital complex.

The consent package included repairs and alterations to a significant heritage-listed building, establishing a new utility building with associated soil contamination resolution, and developing a new Aged Residential Care facility.

Additionally, Planz assisted Nurse Maude with submissions, mediation, and evidence during the Christchurch District Plan Review to ensure appropriate zoning for their site. More recently, Planz secured resource consent for a the palliative care hospice in Merivale, supporting Nurse Maude’s continued delivery of essential healthcare services.
