Following significant earthquake damage to their Christchurch hospital complex, Nurse Maude engaged Planz to assist them in obtaining a number of consents for the staged redevelopment of their facilities. This package of consents included the repair and alteration to a significant listed heritage building, the establishment of a new utility building and associated resolution of soil contamination issues, and the establishment of a new Aged Residential Care facility.

Jonathan has also assisted the Association with submissions, mediation, and evidence relating to the appropriate zoning of their site through the Christchurch District Plan Review process.
