The consent package included repairs and alterations to a significant heritage-listed building, establishing a new utility building with associated soil contamination resolution, and developing a new Aged Residential Care facility.

Additionally, Planz assisted Nurse Maude with submissions, mediation, and evidence during the Christchurch District Plan Review to ensure appropriate zoning for their site. More recently, Planz secured resource consent for a the palliative care hospice in Merrivale, supporting Nurse Maude’s continued delivery of essential healthcare services.
