Submissions

Planz assisted Waikato District Council in assessing submissions on the rural and small settlement chapters as part of the District Plan Review.

Planz prepared the submission and evidence for the Queenstown Lakes District Plan hearings on behalf of the owner of a large block of rural land in Wanaka, known as Sticky Forest.
Selwyn District Plan Review
Planz is assisting Selwyn District Council in the ongoing review of their District Plan. The early stages of this review involved assessing the effectiveness and outcomes of the operative District Plan, focusing on areas such as commercial urban design, the interface between commercial and industrial zones and residential and rural areas, isolated/out-of-zone business activities, signage, and earthworks.
