Our work

Rural tourism

Planz has successfully obtained consents for a diverse range of rural tourism providers across Christchurch City, Banks Peninsula, and the Mackenzie District. Our experience includes securing approvals for jet boat tours, farm accommodations, boutique lodging, and unique rural experiences.

Notable projects include the Annandale boutique accommodation and Te Wepu Pods on Banks Peninsula, which offer unique farmland stays and a cellar door café. Planz works closely with clients to ensure these tourism ventures are sensitively integrated into their rural settings, enhancing the visitor experience while preserving the natural and cultural character of the areas.
