Planz provided comprehensive planning input to secure the necessary resource consents for constructing the eight-storey central library adjacent to Cathedral Square.


This $80 million project required meticulous consideration of heritage and urban design to deliver a functional and attractive civic building. Our involvement ensured that the project met all regulatory requirements while preserving the area’s historical and aesthetic significance.
