Susannah Tait brings over 20 years of experience as a consultant planner, working with private and public sector clients in New Zealand and Australia. She has successfully managed a wide range of projects, including infrastructure, manufacturing, commercial, and residential developments. Susannah excels in guiding clients from project conception through to completion and often continues to provide support throughout a development’s operational life.
Her extensive experience includes preparing project feasibility studies, resource consent applications, submissions on statutory documents, and presenting evidence at council hearings. Susannah is known for her ability to work closely with clients and project teams, identifying project risks and opportunities that impact design, timeframes, and budgets. Her skills in community consultation, engagement, strategic planning, and collaborative problem-solving are exceptional.
Recently, Susannah relocated to Christchurch from Auckland with her partner and three children, embracing a new chapter in both her personal and professional life.
