Jonathan has over 20 years of experience as a planner in both New Zealand and the UK. He has worked extensively in plan preparation and policy development, and has considerable experience in preparing resource consent applications and providing evidence at Council and Environment Court hearings.

Justine brings over 20 years of experience in resource management planning to her role. After serving as the Senior Regulatory Planner at the Selwyn District Council, she joined Planit in 2001 and was appointed as a Director in 2008. Justine specializes in policy and plan development, and in recent years, she has primarily focused on leading the Selwyn District Plan Review.
