Lancaster Park and Gate Redevelopment

Planz successfully obtained all necessary land use and regional council consents for the redevelopment of Lancaster Park in Christchurch.

This project focused on transforming the site into community playing fields, providing valuable recreational space for the local community. In conjunction with this redevelopment, Planz also secured consents for the strengthening and repair of the historic Lancaster Gate, ensuring that this heritage item was preserved and integrated into the new development. (This consisted of land use and regional consents)

The project reflects Planz’s expertise in navigating complex regulatory requirements while balancing modern development with the preservation of historical landmarks.
