This involved preparing an Outline Plan of Works, presenting to the Urban Design Panel, and liaising with City Council planning staff throughout the project. Additionally, we identified and secured the necessary air and water discharge consents from the Canterbury Regional Council, addressing soil contamination issues under the National Environmental Standard.

Planz Consultants successfully obtained resource consent for Mastery Schools New Zealand (MSNZ) – Arapaki, an alternative educational facility for Year 1-8 students disengaged or at risk of disengaging from mainstream education.
